Job Description

* Handle customer inquiries efficiently via phone.
* Follow up on service requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Conduct outbound and survey calls to gather customer feedback and enhance service quality.
* Moderate and respond to customer comments/messages on social media platforms.
* Maintain accurate customer records and feedback logs.
* Coordinate with internal departments to solve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

* Bachelor’s degree in any field.
* 1–3 years of experience in a customer service role (preferably in the automotive field).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to multitask .
* Good command of English.
