Medical Representative Manager are needed for Andalusia Group for medical services 

Job Description:

• Develops the Marketing department’s annual business plan and budget in line with the Hospital’s strategic direction.
• Plans marketing and promotional activities to enhance the hospital image and increase Profit in coordination with the other Hospital functions.
• Assumes full leadership for cost reduction and co-operates with other entities on the matter.
• Follows-up on past due and delinquent collections from customers.
• Prepare manpower plan and update it, Held the scheduled interviews in order to come up with the final selection decision, Coordinate the promotion and transfer decisions .
• Periodically reviews and approves the working methods against pre-set standards for improvements and updates.
• Provides direction and supervision in order to minimize costs.
