Job Title: Customer Reservation Support
Location: District 5 - New Cairo, Egypt (Full-Time, On-Site)

Job Overview:
The Customer Reservation Support will handle customer inquiries, manage bookings/reservations, and provide exceptional service to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate has avg. 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, property management, or travel-related industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Reservation Management:
- Process and confirm customer bookings via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle modifications, cancellations, and refunds per company policies.
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about availability, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve complaints or escalate issues to senior staff when needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions.
Coordination:
- Liaise with operations/property teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Collaborate with sales/marketing on promotions or special requests.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Assist in generating reports on booking trends or service issues.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 1–3 years in customer service, reservations, or hospitality (e.g., hotels, property management, travel agencies).
Soft Skills:
- Fluent in English language.
- Excellent communication (English + Arabic).
- Problem-solving and multitasking in fast-paced environments.
- Patience and a customer-first attitude.
- Able to start immediately.
