Job Description
- Responsible for determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications
- To audit on all departments in order to ensure the match between the processes and day-to-day responsibilities
- To establish procedures and quality standards across all department of the organization and to monitor these against agreed targets
- To ensure that quality assurance standards are applied across all departments
- To report all non-conformities and agree on action plan to solve them among departments
- Performs other related duties
Job Requirements
Required skills, expertise & Knowledge:
- Very good knowledge of Auditing principles
- Very good knowledge of processes and policies formulation and documentation
- Excellent understanding of operations business cycle
- Very good understanding of ensuring the smoothness of operations while documenting policies and formulating them to support increasing the overall productivity
- Communication Skills

- Negotiation skills
- Time Management
- Attentive to details
- Ability to perform sound judgment after internal auditors investigations
- Ability to figure out inventory differences and use analysis for better understanding of the causes and effects as well as map out issues in a logical and consistent manner
