As a Storekeeper Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. You will lead a team of storekeepers, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the warehouse team.
- Ensure accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure that stock is stored correctly.
- Use and maintain the ERP system, with preference for those familiar with Oracle.
- Monitor the performance of warehouse staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse activities and stock levels.
- Analyze data to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Job Requirements
Experience Required:
- 7-10 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role.
Education Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
Skills Required:
- English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written skills.
- ERP System Knowledge: Preferably experienced with Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Effective leadership and team management skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
