Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Design User Interfaces: Create responsive and visually appealing user interfaces for websites, mobile applications, and web-based tools, ensuring that designs meet both user needs and business goals.
- Conduct User Research and Testing: Collaborate with product teams to conduct user research, create personas, and perform usability testing to improve the overall user experience.
- Develop Prototypes and Wireframes: Produce high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize new product features and user flows.
- Collaborate with Developers: Work closely with front-end developers to ensure that designs are accurately translated into the final product.
- Branding and Visual Identity: Ensure all visual content, including websites, applications, and marketing materials, adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
- Optimize User Experience: Continuously refine and improve designs based on stakeholder feedback and user testing.
- Stay Updated on Design Trends: Stay informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to maintain innovative and high-quality designs.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Computer Science, or any relevant field
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Sketch, JustInMind, or InVision)
- Up-to-date knowledge of design software (Creative Suite, Figma) is a must
- knowledge of Jira is a must.
Preferred Skills:
- A team player but can work independently too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
