Job Description
- Manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and consultant.
- Prepare cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.
- Provide technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects.
- Plan and coordinate site architect work with the civil and electro mechanic teams.
- Coordinate with different architect site activities in the project.
- Manage supervisors to achieve project pre-defined goals (quality, cost, time).
- Execute quality control checks on site works periodically to ensure quality standards are fully met.
- Establish work schedules and make necessary adjustments to meet project deadlines.
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc. and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required.
- Any other related duties requested from direct manager.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering or similar degree.
Experience in commercial projects is a must.
