Job Description
- Have a comprehensive look at all the plans and specifications to understandthe product requirements.
- Evaluation of all raw materialsbefore the manufacturing process in addition to ensuring the quality of the manufactured products.
- Reject and report all raw materials that do notmeet quality standards.
- Solve all qualityproblems.
- Train the qualityassurance team regarding how to prevent defects, improvethequality of products,and supervise them.
- Monitoring the stages of production at variouslevels.
- Guide the production team when troubleshooting any errors to improve product quality.
- Prepare detailedreports on inspections and send them to the relevant department.
- Provide recommendations that improve the production processto ensurethat quality controlstandards are met.
- Compliance with the OccupationalSafety and health standards of the institution.
- Calculation and measurement of specifications during product development.
- Identify the causes of product defects and suggest improvements.
Job Requirements
- 3 - 7 years of experience.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in quality management or equivalent - Workers university or similar-.
- Must have knowledge regarding quality control standards.
- Must possess verbal and written communication skills that enables him to prepare reports.
- Possesses organizational skills that helps him review products and carry out inspections.
- Good use for the programs used in the inspection process.
- The ability to pay attention to the smallest details and identify all the differences in products to meet the established standards.
