Responsible for supporting the import and export logistics operations of the company.
This includes assisting in the coordination of shipments, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and managing the movement of goods across borders efficiently and cost-effectively.
The role requires collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics processes and timely deliveries.

Strong understanding of international shipping regulations and trade agreements, customs procedures, NAFEZA, incoterms, regulations applicable to import/export.
Stay up to date with changes in trade regulations, tariffs, duties and any additional fees affecting import/export operation .
proven experience with issuing /reviewing shipping documents for export and import shipments in detail.
Handel all mandatory procedures with the Ministry Of Agriculture, institutes, embassies, GOEIC, and any governmental entities to get the import / export approvals, analysis certificates , attestation of shipping documents .. etc.
prepare and submit regular reports on shipment status, action dates, costs and overall import and export performance to management.
coordinate with the internal departments (Finance, Warehouse and Quality ) to provide smooth payment process.
Basic accounting knowledge
