Job Description
Horizons is a sister company to a United States dental clinic, we’re seeking Customer Service agents for a call center office:
-Graduates / Age limit 28
- Working hours: 3:00 pm to 12:00 Am
- Nasr city, Cairo
- Fixed two days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Salary: 13 K EGP NET + KPIs

- Customer support via phone, email, social media, video calls, and live chat on our website.
Job Requirements
· Fluency in English Language is a MUST. (American Accent is Highly Preferred)
· A college degree purely in the English language is highly preferred.
· Fast typing on Keyboard for responding to emails
· Excellent basic computer skills
· Preferred customer support experience
· Excellent communication skills
