Job Description
1. Function : System Administrator
- Install , mange ( Servers - Laptops - PCs - Printers - scanners – Copiers – Time attendance machines ).
- Install and support all programs for all computers & servers.
- Responsible of maintenance of any hard ware and its upgrade.
- Performing Periodic Maintenance for all PCs ( Servers - Laptops - PCs ).
- Performing Periodic Maintenance for all Printers & Scanners.
- Performing Periodic Data Backup ( Servers - Laptops - PCs ).
- Manage security system ( DVR - Cams ).
- Manage and follow up ( copiers - Time attendance machines ).
- Searching and take the action to purchase all hardware equipment.
2. Function: Network Administrator
- Design network and security strategy.
- Build and manage a network system.
- Internet configuration ( Routers – Switches – ADSL ) and supporting for company users.
- Solve any network problems for users( Hardware - Software ).
3. Function : Websites & Mails Support
- Create new mails for new employees.
- Follow up paying and renewing our website domains & hosting & mails.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position.
- Excellent command of English Language. (Technical)
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of office policies and procedures.
- Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail and speed.
- Organized, and time management skills.
