✅ Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and handle visa applications from submission to final delivery.
- Communicate with clients to explain required documents, visa types, and processing steps.
- Submit visa applications, book appointments, and coordinate with relevant embassies/consulates.
- Regularly follow up on application status and respond to inquiries.
- Stay up to date with embassy procedures and visa requirements.
- Collaborate with different departments (Sales, Operations, Support) to ensure smooth service.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce company services/products.
- Accurately enter and maintain records in the internal customer service system.

???? Required Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in customer service.

???? Personal Skills:

- Previous experience in tele-sales.
- Excellent communication in Arabic and English.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic computer programs (Excel, Word, Email).
- Professionalism, courtesy, and ability to work as part of a team.
