We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Reservation Specialist to manage and process travel visa applications for clients traveling to different countries worldwide. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate visa information, preparing documentation, coordinating with embassies and consulates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient application process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on visa requirements, application procedures, and processing times for different countries.
- Collect, review, and verify all required documents such as passports, photos, travel insurance, and financial statements.
- Prepare and submit visa applications to embassies, consulates, or online platforms.
- Communicate with embassies, consulates, and clients to track application status.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with visa regulations and travel policies.
- Maintain updated knowledge of international visa rules and requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide alternative solutions when needed.
- Manage appointments and schedule interviews for clients when required.
Job Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of international visa requirements and travel documentation.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good command of English (spoken and written). Additional languages are a plus.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing documents.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple applications at once.
- Proficiency in MS Office and email communication.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Previous experience in a travel agency or visa processing company is preferred.
