Job Description

  • Review the technical office team’ work;  documentations, project documents including specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence, drawings, technical and material submittals …etc.
  • Establish the technical strategy, in coordination with the operations, and Project Manager, and communicate with all relevant departments, to clarify the approach and tactics for executing the project, and to ensure the consistency and compliance of technical operations and processes with set standards.
  • Negotiate the financial terms with the clients / subcontractors. 
  • Document project issues/conditions.
  • Ensure project delivery is on time.
  • Plan and prepare project paperwork and updating it regularly in liaison with the Project Manager.
  • Implement and solve technical problems, or queries that arise from sales departments, vendors, consultants.
  • Control and maintain the safe, smooth progress of orders.
  • Communicate progress and problems/risks/concerns to Senior Management.
  • Responsible for subcontractors appraisals. 

Job Requirements

  • B.S.C in Engineering  in Mechanical
  • Leadership & Management skills, analysis skills, Presentation skills
  • Revit is must & BIM is additional
  • Must have previous experience in residential and commercial projects.
