Job Description

 • Follow up technical office team’s work; tenders’ opportunities and documentation, project documents including specifications, BOQ (Bill of Quantity), RFI (Request for information), correspondence, drawings, technical and material submittals …etc.
 • Review & evaluate suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors’ technical & financial offers and check compliance with the tender/opportunity’s requirements.
 • Negotiate the technical and financial issues of the offers received from suppliers, manufacturers and subcontractors.
 • Negotiate the financial terms with the clients/subcontractors.
 • Coordinate and communicate with sales, procurements, operation and other concerned departments to assure completeness of the offers.
 • Generate final technical and commercial offers and submittals.
 • Supervise and review the preparations of pricing statements with suppliers, and subcontractors.
 • Revise and overview the monthly report submitted by Technical Office reporting to evaluate progress and performance, quality, and schedule constraints, and undertake corrective measures or actions for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of technical operations.
 • Attend progress meetings, discussing and suggesting technical proposals.
 • Coordinate quantity or payment terms and change orders.
 • Take part in selection process of suppliers for procurement.
 • Follow up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award or subcontract terms, performance and payments conditions.
 • Close monitoring of staff, contractors, consultants and suppliers’ activities.
 • Ensure project delivery is on time.
 • Plan and prepare project paperwork and updating it regularly in liaison with the Project Manager.
 • Implement and solve technical problems, or queries that arise from sales departments, vendors, consultants.
 • Communicate progress and problems/risks/concerns to Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • B.S.C in Mechanical Engineering.
  • PMP or PRMG certificate is preferred. 
  • From 10 to 13 years experience in residential and commercial projects.
  • Very Good at AutoCAD, Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Leadership & Management skills,
  • Analytical and Presentation skills.
  • Decision Making & Problem Solving skills.
