- Achieving the customers’ visit targets according to the plan desired.
- Achieving sales targets assigned with keeping a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Increase the customer base by making regular acquisition/registration of new customers.
- Responsible for achieving the customer satisfaction level assigned and solve any problems related.
- Observes closely the customer base, the daily sales as well as the margins of the products and produce action plans to succeed in sales and profit maximization.
- Keeps customers informed on any offers and forwarding action taken.
- Coordinate with Gahez follow-up team.
- Observe competition, suggest an action plan and prepares weekly and monthly reports which are then forward to the direct commercial supervisor (DCS)
- Analysis of customer data and make sure that monthly reports reach the DCS
- University degree.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to anticipate and accept new demand & challenges and to work constructively under stress
- Ability to think in terms of cost and benefits & take risks.
