Job Description

We are seeking creative professionals to join our team and drive compelling brand campaigns. Whether you are a Creative Director, Content Creator, or Graphic Designer, your role will focus on producing high-quality visual and written content that engages audiences and strengthens brand identity.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

Creative Briefing & Direction:

Develop clear and concise briefs for designers and content writers, outlining objectives, guidelines, and project expectations.

Provide creative references and inspirations to align the team with the project's vision.

Ensure that all creative outputs maintain brand consistency and meet project goals.


Project Management & Collaboration:

Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas and refine concepts.

Oversee the execution of tasks, providing continuous feedback and direction.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment with overall marketing and business strategies.


Quality Control & Delivery:

Review and refine creative work at various stages to ensure high standards of quality.

Provide constructive feedback to the team to enhance output and efficiency.

Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining creativity and effectiveness.

 

  • Develop innovative and engaging content for social media, advertising, and branding campaigns.
  • Work closely with account managers to align creative output with client needs.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and introduce fresh creative ideas.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters to produce high-quality content.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a creative role within a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design, content, or branding work.
  • Proficiency in creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sigma, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
