Job Description

  • Research information to support other teams and departments as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Keep track of and report on project progress
  • Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
  • Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently

Job Requirements

Dmas is an inverted company in  logistics, customs clearance and shipping industry in Egypt is looking for a front office person responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests and offering them a beverage, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer and screen incoming calls.
  • Handle and redirect customer queries.
  • Take and distribute messages.
  • Manage all visitors.
  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments.
  • Assist with organization of company functions and events.
  • Prepare letters and documents.

Skills: 

  • Good computer skills (office skills)
  • Communication skills
  • Speaking English fluently 
  • Professionalism (You're the first person a client or other visitor sees upon arriving. ... )

Working conditions: 

  • working days (Saturday - Thursday)
  • Working hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
  • Days off (Saturday & Friday)
