Job Description
- Monitor the performance of factory and equipment and revise maintenance schedules as necessary to ensure their continued effective performance.
- Achieve the highest availability for all Equipment in the plants.
- Leading a working team of technicians for applying the maintenance plan activities from preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Responding immediately to Troubleshoot, Fixing faults and arranging for replacements to be installed for equipment breakdowns.
- Monitor equipment performance, analyze data, and identify trends to proactively address maintenance needs and optimize efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks on machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment maintenance history, and spare parts inventory.
- Coordinate with external suppliers and contractors for equipment repairs, spare parts procurement, and technical support.
- Leads and Supervises the Maintenance section in maintenance-related activities and ensures that maintenance practices are carried out in accordance with the accepted standards .
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for maintenance personnel.
- Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance-related policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, such as reliability-centered maintenance, process optimization, and cost reduction efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in maintenance engineering
- Responsible for major installation or maintenance projects, leading the team of Technicians assigned to the task.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering major
- (Mechanical Power Engineering / Production & Mechanical Design Engineering)
- At least 4 years' experience in maintenance management role
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic systems used in industrial machinery.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance methodologies and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in maintenance operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
