Job Description
- Developing an export plan and budgets, following up on its implementation, and measuring deviations and dealing with them.
- Achieving sales targets, increasing the number of existing and potential customers, and working to increase export sales.
- Communicate with export clients to establish and identify the needs of the company's products and solve any problems that may encounter the implementation of the contract with the client
- Responding and following up on correspondence and e-mail messages from all customers, and following up on the implementation of orders accurately and effectively.
- Participate in drafting export contracts and set their appropriate conditions in line with the company's interest and achieve the export goal in coordination with the Director of Legal Affairs and negotiate with importers to complete the targeted contracts.
- Supervising export, insurance and shipping procedures until the goods reach the customer and ensuring that the required quantities and types have arrived
- Constant work on coordination between the export department and the rest of the company's departments and the factory to ensure cooperation and achieve export and contracting goals.
- Develop targeted sub-plans for the implementation of exports and complete orders and contracts concluded to achieve maximum export rates, and develop detailed procedures regulating work methods.
- Studying demand trends and the political and economic aspects affecting them in foreign markets, in coordination with the Marketing Department.
- Searching for available markets and export opportunities to them, and determining the most appropriate methods to deal with them.
- Studying the problems facing the export movement and working to develop appropriate solutions to avoid them.
Job Requirements
- Experience at least in the same field15years
- Knowledge of Export cycle
- Intensive knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance.
- Strong leadership and Managerial skills.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Bachelor's Degree faculty of commerce.
- Age from 40 to 55
