Job Description
- Establishes Export department through identifying the policies, work process, activities & co-relations within the company.
- Makes a professional studies & analysis for the exist products “in terms of packaging, Expiry Dates, etc. “in -coordination with production, Quality, Finance, R & D and Marketing.
- Prepares studies & analysis concerning the potential markets to identify the sort of matching between the company’s products & the market needs.
- Develops analysis for the selected potential markets concerning the exist competitors, products ranges & consumer analysis.
- Liaises with the concerned parties concerning the selected Products & handles the required process to get the final approval.
- Keeps a potential relation with the concerned departments like production & quality.
- Builds a long-term business relation with the importers & distributers within the potential markets.
- Interacts with interested buyers and clients in order to confirm and implement all requirements of governmental authorities at their countries to smooth out exportation procedures.
- Deals with the shipping lines and shipping agencies regarding freight cost and shipments schedules.
- Negotiate with clients and agents regarding payment terms based on each client performance and different countries conditions.
- Develops various reports concerning our brands position, comparing our ranges with the competitors “SWOT Analysis “. While focusing on client’s feedback & comments to keep continuous improvements.
- Looking for new clients and agents for the various products through attending international exhibitions and through some of interacting activities on the digital platforms.
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Export cycle.
- Experienced preferable in FMCG or Food & Beverages organizations.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong Analytical skills.
- Intensive knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Fluent English is a must and presentation skills.
