- Receiving the couriers/Customers/Stores issues through our support channels: Calls, Intercom, WhatsApp, and social media then solving them.
- Tracking orders and calling the pending orders’ beneficiaries to solve any pending issue related to the orders.
- Reviewing the pending withdrawals and approving or rejecting them.
- Payment transactions between the beneficiaries within the app.
- Customer Care.
- Stores content uploading and quality control over the stores’ profiles.
- Bachelor degree.
- 1+ years of Operations experience
- Able to work alternate shifts, occasional weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organized and team player.
- Intermediate English level.
- Very Good in Excel and Google Sheets
