Job Overview:
- Supervises, schedules and safely executes the oil & gas field operations to ensure that the production of the product increases for the company's growth.
- Responsible for achieving the production targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure.
- Provide regular reports to the top management to show the efficient performance of the site within the budget in a timely fashion.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate the oil & gas fields in a profitable & optimal manner.
- Ensure achievement of the production targets.
- Increase the production capacity by improving the performance.
- Develop & monitoring the operational expenses.
- Take corrective actions to rectify variances.
- Develop new strategies to increase production with safe & cost-efficient methods.
- Leading the maintenance activities & plan from operational perspective.
- Track expenses & and oversees the maintenance budget.
- Review & execute the operational related projects within the set time and budget frames.
- Ensure that adequate safety norms are used by site personnel.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Petroleum Engineering.
- Males only
- (15 - 25) years of extensive work experience in oil & gas companies specially in the sectors of Drilling , Production and Reservoir engineering.
- Preferable to have experience in maintenance and facilities projects execution.
- HSE management system certification.
- Licensed for oil & gas industry (Well control, Project Management & HSE management).
- Excellent Planning, Problem solving, Communication skills.
