An Administrative Secretary is Needed for an Engineering solutions office in Alexandria Egypt, we are currently on the hunt for a hard-working individual who can help us keep an organization running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organizational tasks that make the organization function.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
- Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
- Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
- Typing, preparing, and collating reports
- Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
- Managing databases
- Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients
- Females Only ( aging 20 and above)
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business administration, economics, or logistics)
- English fluency is a plus in both written and spoken forms.
- Strong organizational skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Previous work experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google, outlook, and Microsoft programs is a must.
- Living near Smouha Area is required.
