Job Description

An Administrative Secretary is Needed for an Engineering solutions office in Alexandria Egypt, we are currently on the hunt for a hard-working individual who can help us keep an organization running smoothly, taking care of the administrative and organizational tasks that make the organization function.

Responsibilities and duties:

  • Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence.
  • Answering calls, taking messages, and handling correspondence
  • Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
  • Typing, preparing, and collating reports
  • Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)
  • Managing databases
  • Acting as a receptionist and/or meeting and greeting clients

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Females Only ( aging 20 and above)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business administration, economics, or logistics)
  • English fluency is a plus in both written and spoken forms.
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Previous work experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google, outlook, and Microsoft programs is a must.
  • Living near Smouha Area is required.
  • Flexible working hours and availability.
