Job Description

Reporting to: Operation Manager

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintains long-term relationships with streamers and potential influencers
  • Attract and convince influencers, creators, and streamers to join our agency in TikTok.
  • Ensure the streamers are well-informed, trained, and properly managed.
  • Operate as the point of contact for assigned streamers
  • Communicate streamer needs and demands to agency management
  • Forecast, track, and analyze streamer account metrics
  • Manage projects within streamer relationships, working to carry out streamer goals and requests while meeting company goals
  • Identify opportunities to grow streamers activity ratio with existing streamers
  • Coordinate with staff members working on the same streamer to ensure consistent service
  • Collaborate with the content creation team to create and deliver mood boards, story boards and account advice
  • Service multiple streamers concurrently, and investigate neglected accounts
  • Keep records of streamers transactions and activity
  • Closely support on the agency performance targets within the streamer’s activities
  • Identify and allocate the top streamers to recruit, collaborate with and invest in by closely requesting for boosting, financial support or investment
  • Constantly looking for competition, trends, and growth solutions to decrease turnover and increase the reputation of the agency
  • Recruit new potential streamers to grow their own portfolio
  • Prepare content or mood boards for the live streamers

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business management or any related field.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience in liaising a creative teams and ideas with the managed accounts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to prioritize and report efficiently
  • Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Positive “Let’s find a solution” mindset
  • Experience in account management and administrative support.
