Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing our online presence, managing digital marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation. This role requires expertise in website management, social media channels, digital media campaigns, and product documentation to effectively promote the company’s offerings.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Website Management

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure accurate and engaging content.
  • Optimize website performance, including SEO and user experience.
  • Monitor website analytics to measure traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, providing actionable insights for improvement.

Company and Product Documentation

  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation for the company’s products and services, including brochures, datasheets, and manuals.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure documentation aligns with product features and updates.
  • Create compelling presentations and proposals for marketing and sales purposes.

Social Media Management

  • Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
  • Plan, create, and publish engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform.
  • Monitor social media metrics and interactions, responding to inquiries and comments to build community engagement.

Digital Media Campaigns

  • Plan and execute digital media campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Develop campaign strategies focused on lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and optimize strategies to achieve marketing objectives.

Lead Generation

  • Design and implement lead generation strategies, leveraging digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Create landing pages, forms, and email workflows to capture and nurture leads.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and conversion tracking.

Content Creation

  • Write and design marketing materials, including blog posts, articles, case studies, and email newsletters.
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.

Market Research and Analytics

  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all marketing initiatives, providing insights to guide future strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, website management, and social media strategy.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, SEO software, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva) is a plus.
