Job Description
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Usher patients to Operating Rooms
- Log patient and financial information on systems
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Schedule patient appointments
- Oversee lab and supplier logistics
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Preferable: Proficiency in G-suite (Gmail, Drive, etc.)

- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
