Sales Reports Analysis
- Gather Sales growth related reports from various channels and develop analysis reports that indicate sales status for each product line.
- Send analysis reports to national sales manager regularly for corrective actions.
- Develop analysis reports that measure direct and indirect sales rate for each sales team member according to territory, product line, quantity and value.
- Define and measure sales team members’ achievement compared with the actual sales targets.
- Review and take the approval from national sales manager of promotional tools invoices for sales department.
- Set and regularly modify the production plan according to sales objectives.
- Forecast production size required for each product line according to stock availability analysis reports.
- Follow up with finance team and coordinate the issuance of purchasing orders to proceed in production plan.
- Ensure availability of product packs and raw materials of products ordered for production.
- Regularly review plan and update / develop final reports that compares the actual production versus planned.
- Submit regular reports to finance of new customers with all data required which includes clienthistory.
- Excellent user of SAP is a MUST
- Professional user of Excel is a MUST
- Excellent at Microsoft word and PowerPoint
- Very Good English
- Bachelor Degree of Business administration or any relevant major.
