Job Description
- Develop detailed project schedules and monitor progress against baseline.
- Analyze project performance and prepare delay analysis and recovery plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Prepare and update project progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules.
- Utilize Primavera P6 or equivalent software for schedule development and control.
- Identify risks and propose mitigation plans related to scheduling and resource planning.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling, with a strong focus on infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and earned value analysis.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
