Job Description
1-Reviewing Contract Bids Terms & Conditions, Specifications, Bill of Material & Drawing
2-Create Project Schedule starting from Project Master Schedule to the Detailed Schedule
3- Create Project Recovery Plan & Revised Schedule according to EOT & Prolongation Cost
4- Following up & Coordinating with the Client, All Project Parties, Suppliers & Subcontractors
5- Reviewing & Issue Daily, Weekly Report, Monthly Report, Quarter Report & Annual Report whenever request
6- Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Project Budget & Invoices according to the Project Contract
7- Updating Monthly Project Schedule, " Area of Concern " & Delay Analysis, Cost & Time Impact Report
8- Ensure accurate & timely reporting standards are maintained throughout the project
9- Manage, Monitoring & Controlling Subcontractors' daily activities according to Project Time Schedule
10- Maintain effective on-going communication with Construction Team & Engineering Team
11- Ensuring that all Site Inspections & FAT is carried out on time as requested to the Client & Recorded
12- Reviewing Subcontractors’ Claim in co-ordination with the Project Contract and Specifications
13- Handling all logistics issue from shipping till arrived to the project warehouse to make that the company can issue the invoices
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 5+ years experience in Planning Engineer or any relevant field
- Solid knowledge of Planning logic and Primavera P6
- Well organized and detailed
- Good command of English
- MS Office skills
