Job Description
- Reporting to the CEO
- Taking notes and providing info
- Reviewing incoming internal and external messages, emails and determine their importance.
- Organizing and scheduling meetings.
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
- Preparing reports.
- Making travel & expense management.
- Preparing all kinds of correspondences.
- Repressible for preparing chairman day to day meetings agenda and his activities.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Excellent English language (Oral & written)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
- 5-8 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
- Females only
