Job Description

  • Reporting to the CEO
  • Taking notes and providing info
  • Reviewing incoming internal and external messages, emails and determine their importance.
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
  • Preparing reports.
  • Making travel & expense management.
  • Preparing all kinds of correspondences.
  • Repressible for preparing chairman day to day meetings agenda and his activities.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English language (Oral & written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT., etc.)
  • 5-8 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous.
  • Females only
