Job Description
Collaborate with the SAP team to develop and implement efficient contract management processes within the SAP ERP system.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to contract and abstract management.
Review and classify BOQs across multiple disciplines, including Civil, Architectural, and MEP.
Coordinate with contractors and consultants to prepare and review progress sheets during contract execution.
Extract essential information from contracts and generate summaries, abstracts, and detailed reports.
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and monitor the performance of active contracts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract documentation within the SAP ERP system, including amendments, change orders, and terminations.
Provide advice and guidance to internal teams on contractual matters, ensuring adherence to terms and mitigating potential risks.
Job Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying within the construction industry or a related field.
Familiarity with SAP ERP system for contract management or other contract management software is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and ethics in managing sensitive and confidential information.
