About The Role We’re hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and scale our paid acquisition efforts across Google, Meta, TikTok, and more. Your primary objective will be to generate high-quality MQLs that convert into SQLs and ultimately revenue. You’ll manage campaign strategy, execution, and performance optimization, focusing on CAC, ROAS, and lead quality. You'll work cross-functionally with sales, CRM, and product teams to align efforts and drive pipeline growth. What you’ll be doing Planing, launching, and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn Owning and managing the full paid media funnel—from ad copy to landing page experience Definng and optimizing toward MQL and SQL targets in coordination with sales and CRM Running ongoing A/B tests for creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and bidding strategies Monitoring CAC, CPL, and LTV across all campaigns Collaborating with design and content teams to build engaging creatives and landing pages Using tools like GA4, Looker, or Segment to track and report campaign performance Identifying and test new channels or tactics to expand customer acquisition Who we're looking for Arabic Speakers are preferred Experience in fintech/SaaS is preferred 4+ years of performance marketing experience with a proven track record Experience generating MQLs/SQLs in a B2B or SMB-focused environment Deep knowledge of digital ad platforms: Google, Meta, TikTok, and programmatic Strong understanding of performance metrics and marketing attribution Highly analytical, data-oriented, and focused on business outcomes Experience collaborating with CRM, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts What we offer to our employees Fixed salary + bonus fee Modern high-tech office High-quality and sought-after product that is pleasant to develop Experienced and friendly team High level of flexibility and independece Apply for this role Show more Show less
