We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Officer with expertise in SMEs and liabilities management to join our commercial team.What you’ll do?Be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, understanding their unique challenges and goals, and providing expert guidance and support throughout their customer journey. Conduct detailed assessments of clients' financial needs, including liabilities management, and recommend appropriate products and services to optimize their financial operations. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to ensure seamless onboarding and implementation of our solutions, maximizing client satisfaction and success. Proactively monitor and analyze client usage patterns and financial data to identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and overall portfolio growth. Actively engage with clients through regular check-ins, training sessions, and business reviews to drive adoption, usage, and value realization of our products and servicesAct as a customer advocate within the company, gathering and relaying valuable feedback to influence product development and improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and regulatory requirements related to SMEs and liabilities management, providing thought leadership and innovative ideas to enhance our offerings. What you bring?Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction and revenue targets. Proven experience in a customer success, relationship management, or similar client-facing role within the financial services sector, with a specific focus on SMEs and liabilities. Strong understanding of commercial banking, liabilities management, and associated products and services. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
