Site Architect

Job Summary

You will be responsible for overseeing architectural elements on-site, ensuring that the design vision is executed effectively while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities & Duties

Site Supervision:

• Oversee architectural work on-site, ensuring that construction adheres to design specifications and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.

Design Implementation:

• Review construction documents and ensure that all work aligns with approved designs and specifications.
• Provide on-site design solutions and modifications as necessary to address unforeseen challenges.

Collaboration:

• Liaise with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Facilitate communication between the design team and construction teams to resolve conflicts and ensure alignment.

Quality Control:

• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and other construction documents.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with architectural design, building codes, and safety regulations.

Problem Solving:

• Identify and resolve design discrepancies and site challenges proactively.
• Develop and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence.
• Ensure all changes are documented and approved in accordance with project protocols.
