Job Description
- Supervise and manage all finishing works on-site (carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, ceilings, etc.).
- Monitor project execution schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Review shop drawings and verify alignment with approved designs.
- Coordinate between contractors, consultants, and suppliers.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to the engineering management.
- Ensure quality control and resolve any technical issues on-site.
- Enforce safety and occupational health standards across the site.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 3 to 7 years of proven experience in site execution and finishing for large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD – Revit – MS Project).
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
