Job Description
- Monitor and evaluate the organization’s adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Conduct periodic internal audits and prepare reports on compliance activities.
- Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigations.
- Provide training to employees on compliance topics, policies, and procedures.
- Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations affecting the industry.
- Liaise with external auditors, regulators, and legal advisors to ensure compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Officer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication & English and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and attention to detail.
