Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry regulations and company standards.
- Monitor and assess organizational processes to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues.
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance-related matters and promote a culture of ethical conduct.
- Investigate and resolve compliance violations, reporting findings to senior management and regulatory bodies as necessary.
- Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and recommend necessary adjustments to company policies.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports and documentation to regulatory agencies as required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance risks and implement corrective actions.
- Support external audits and regulatory inspections by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Maintain accurate records of compliance activities and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- 1 to 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to conduct audits and investigations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to ethical practices.
