Job Description
Securing Man Power Needs
- Identify & coordinate with different organization departments their Manpower Needs.
- Regular monitoring & updating of the annual man power plan.
- Develop formal process for identifying job vacancy & job posting ( job objectives, needs, requirements & qualifications )
- Develop effective recruiting plans & strategies.
- Develop job analysis to identify the key objectives and responsibilities for the position (technical & soft skills needed )
- Assess & update Job descriptions data base. (Done with every vacancy)
Sourcing & Screening
- Source qualified candidates through various methods including advertising ,recruiters ,job sites, career fairs, online platforms …etc.
- Pre-screen job candidates and review resumes & qualifications.
- Sends& Receives Application Forms to facilitate pre-employment testing.
- Maintain accurate candidates’ data base for easy tracking & contact.
Interviewing
- Conduct initial interviews for potential candidates and prepare a short list.
- Schedules appointments for interviews cooperatively with managers.
- Conduct employee background checks for the chosen candidates.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to managers
- Draft rejection letters for the rejected ones.
Hiring & On boarding
- Issue job offers according to managers and HR manager’s instructions.
- Inform the accepted candidate with the required employment documents and the submission date.
- Ensure regulatory aspects of the full cycle of the recruitment process
- Maintain an Updated job descriptions database for each position in the organization.
- Handle & Review new employees on- boarding & orientation
- Inform new employees with companies policies & procedures
- Deliver the Employees handbook to the newly hired.
- Deliver the Job description to the newly hired after direct review with his/her line manager.
- Coordinate and supervise Probation period assessment and assessment forms.
- Conduct exit interviews
Reporting & Analysis:
- Manpower Report – regular updates
- Hiring (Tracking) Report - regular updates
- Turnover analysis report – quarterly updates
- Cost/Hire
- Job Sourcing analysis
- Developing methods & automating hiring process.
Job Requirements
- Preferably Human Resources Major Bachelor's degree holder.
- 1-2 years of experience mainly in the Recruitment Process.
- Excellent English.
- Prefect communicator.
- Familiar with using ATS
- Familiar with using hiring assessments.
