Job Description
* Coordinates projects and prepares with management budget, forecasts, profit programming, projects and analyses contributing toward a more profitable operation.
* Supervise the maintenance of all accounting procedures and controls in compliance with the company policy and procedures as well as local requirements.
* Makes all studies/reports required by the CEO and Gm
* Works with all departments and keeps them informed of their finance situation.
* Trains, supervises, evaluates and upgrades accounts department employees.
* Checks, and controls all purchases, disbursements, payroll and expense of the company.
* Supervise the income with tour operators
* Supervise the preparation and timely submission of all required tax returns and other reports to government authorities and owning company in accordance with regulations.
* Following up on cash flow and bank reconciliation.
* Maintains and improves the profitability of the company through strict revenue
* Coordinating preparation and maintaining of company financial budget.
* Preparing all monthly/Quarterly / Annual financial statements.
* Preparing the monthly budget reports with the needs clarifications / recommendations.
* Designing /updating the Chart of account
* Reviewing all the banks/cash request of payment.
Job Requirements
* Males Only.
* Cairo Governorate residents are a MUST.
* Age is less than 45 years.
* 10-15 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
* Prefer background in tourism companies
* Proven working experience as a Financial
* Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
* Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skills.
* Analytical thinking skills.
* Auditing experience
Preferred have good communication with hotels and have experience in credit department
