Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at Innivinity-New Cairo branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with existing and potential patients to explain available medical services, identify patient needs, and recommend additional services that can improve health outcomes. This role involves a blend of patient communication, service promotion, and coordination with clinical staff to ensure the best patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Engagement:

Communicate with current and potential patients to discuss available treatments, packages, and healthcare services.

Build rapport with patients to understand their health goals and concerns.

Service Promotion & Upselling:

Educate patients on complementary or additional services that align with their needs (e.g., diagnostic tests, wellness programs, follow-up treatments).

Effectively present promotions, packages, and loyalty programs to encourage service utilization.

Lead Management & Conversion:

Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins.

Convert inquiries into appointments and sales through consultative selling techniques.

Collaboration with Medical Staff:

Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other staff to align service recommendations with medical advice.

Ensure patient questions are accurately answered with clinical input when necessary.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of interactions, appointments, and conversions in the CRM system.

Prepare regular reports on sales performance, patient feedback, and service uptake.

Customer Service:

Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction by providing professional, courteous, and empathetic service.

Handle objections and concerns with confidence and care.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, preferably in a medical or healthcare setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to explain complex services in simple, patient-friendly language

Proactive, target-driven, and persuasive personality

Basic knowledge of medical terminology is an advantage
