Sales Representative

▪       Handle and respond to customers’ questions, resolving problems, informing customers about product          availability and product prices.

▪       Generate a list of potential customer and reports for sales quantities.

▪       Gather competitors and customer information through indoor sales activities in order to create                      awareness of local market trends and competitor activities.

▪       Support direct mail campaigns by following-up on mail and customer over the phone.

▪       Interact with customer in order to establish products information specific to them

▪       Keep up-to-date and aware with the products availability and specification.

▪       Share information within the sales team members in order to improve and identify the most                           appropriate service against the competition Market place information.

▪       Achieve sales and business targets.

▪       Prepare and present quotations to customers.

▪       Coordinate with the operations team to meet customer requirements and solutions.

▪       Provide effective and efficient after sales customer services.

▪       Carry out additional duties as required.
