Job Description
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain the company’s financial health.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
- Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
- Support business decision-making through financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
- Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years in finance management in the same field.
- Proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
