Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the finance department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts to support organizational objectives.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to maintain the company’s financial health.
  • Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and ensuring timely completion.
  • Evaluate and improve financial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and financial regulations.
  • Support business decision-making through financial analysis, modeling, and risk assessment.
  • Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior finance staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 15  years in finance management in the same field.
  • Proven ability to manage financial operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly ERP SYSTEM.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Commitment to upholding integrity, credibility, and confidentiality in all financial matters.
