Job Description
- Supervise and manage the administration of various standardized tests, ensuring the proper set-up and security protocols are followed.
- Assist candidates with registration, check-in, and check-out procedures.
- Ensure the testing environment is clean, safe, and meets all requirements.
- Monitor candidates during testing, enforcing testing policies and ensuring a distraction-free environment.
- Respond to candidate inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to testing software or equipment.
- Prepare test materials and equipment, ensuring all items are in proper working order.
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, proctors, and other staff members to ensure smooth test-day operations.
- Submit accurate records and reports regarding candidate attendance, test results, and other necessary documentation.
- Adhere to university policies, procedures, and industry regulations to ensure compliance and quality standard
Job Requirements
- bachelor degree is required.
- Experience in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
- Previous experience in a testing or educational environment is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable with basic computer operations and troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work independently.
