Job Description
- Promote a helpful and professional image of the Business Center facilities to the client and give full co-operation to any customer requiring assistance with a prompt, caring, and helpful attitude.
- Deal with all inquiries relating to the booking of meeting rooms, including the preparation, set-up, cleaning up following, and catering communication.
- Monitor service levels and proactively ensure the Innovation Center is ready for guests.
- Conduct regular inspections to address any facility-related issues promptly.
- Provide administrative support to tenants and users as requested
- Collect feedback from tenants to continually enhance guest experiences.
Job Requirements
- From 0 to 2 years of experience (Hotels or Business Centers)
- Bachelor's degree (Hotel and Tourism is preferred)
- Proficient English language skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Advanced Communication & problem-solving Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Job location in the New Administrative Capital
