Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Support Engineer located in New Cairo, Egypt. The Product Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and assisting customers with product inquiries on a day-to-day basis.
Job Requirements
- Product Support, Customer Support, and Technical Support skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Familiarity with industrial products and equipment is a plus
- Fresh Grads are most welcome
