Job Description
- Oversee and optimize textile manufacturing processes to ensure high-quality output and efficiency.
- Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in textile machinery and processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
- Conduct quality assurance checks and ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
- Assist in the selection and testing of raw materials to ensure suitability for production requirements.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Support the maintenance and calibration of textile machinery and equipment.
- Prepare technical reports and documentation related to process performance and improvements.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to drive innovation and implement new technologies.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and promote a culture of workplace safety.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in textile engineering or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Strong understanding of textile manufacturing processes and machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
