Job Description
- Daily & Weekly Reporting: Update task sheets, track problem follow-ups, and report KPIs with improvement actions.
- Purchasing & Documentation: Manage purchase orders, request quotations, and prepare concession documents.
- Process & Quality Control: Implement countermeasures for defects, update workmanship standards, and review action sheets.
- Audits & Assessments: Attend audits, risk assessments, and design meetings to confirm proposals and changes.
- Product & Process Modifications: Review customer drawings, validate new codes, and request process/product modifications.
- New Product Introduction: Prepare engineering check sheets, skill matrices, and operation instructions for changes.
- Customer & Production Support: Oversee trial phases, deliver harnesses, and coordinate changes across departments.
- General Tasks: Maintain awareness of transfer standards, documentation, and complete additional tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in project engineering or a related role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic understanding of wiring harnesses or automotive components is an advantage.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project environments.
