Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance System Implementation Analyst to join our team and support the implementation of a partner-provided, configurable insurance system product. This is a hybrid business-technical role that involves analyzing client requirements, aligning them with the product's capabilities, and collaborating with business users during configuration and rollout.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance business processes, excellent analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in the medical insurance industry, preferably in a systems analysis or process implementation role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in information technology and system analysis tools.
- Solid understanding of medical insurance workflows and related technologies.
