Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee field maintenance operations for our Mobile Network services division. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless functionality of our telecommunications infrastructure and maintaining high service standards for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead field maintenance teams to ensure network reliability and performance.
- Plan and manage maintenance schedules and ensure quality and on time delivery of preventive maintenance actions.
- Collaborate with customer in resolving day to day issues and prioritize the issues with more service impact
- Manage vendors for logistics and transportation in order to have smooth operation on the ground.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company protocols.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience with Huawei and Nokia RAN (Radio Access Network) systems.
- Strong background in telecommunications, particularly mobile network maintenance.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering collaboration across teams and with stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
- A degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field.
- [5+ years of experience in field maintenance or a related role.]
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
